Pregnancy Care: Some Do’s and Don’ts During Pregnancy

The process of pregnancy itself causes many hormonal and physical changes for a woman. For that reason it’s important to maintain a healthy pregnancy for you and your baby, so here is our guide to pregnancy do’s and don’ts.

Pregnancy do’s:

  • Maintain balanced nutrition by eating a variety of healthy foods
  • Cook all meat and poultry thoroughly
  • Drink extra fluids, especially water
  • Exercise regularly – physical activity is good for you and your baby (unless your doctor tells you otherwise)
  • Seek support from friends and family

Pregnancy Don’ts:

  • Avoid smoking
  • Limit your caffeine intake to no more than 200mg a day
  • Don’t eat liver or liver products as they may contain large amounts of Vitamin A which may harm the baby
  • Reduce instant foods, preservatives, flavorings and colorings
  • Avoid flights before 14 weeks or after 30 weeks

Remember that although this is general guidance for a healthy pregnancy and the growth of a healthy baby, always seek medical advice if you have any concerns.

My testimony is a true life story. I just can’t believe it is true. My boyfriend and I have been dating for three years and we broke up. My affection for him never died because he was my first boyfriend. While my friend Stacy knew about my feelings for my boyfriend she silently searched for a spell caster who could help me get my ex boyfriend back to me. I never knew but one day she introduced me to him and i got to know him and as time goes on i began to feel the rush of my boyfriend’s presence around me and within 3 days, my boyfriend got back together with me. My testimony about how i got my ex back have gone viral in my school and many of my friends have had a contact with this spell caster. I might post his email here but if you are looking for someone to help you try and search for DOCTOR ODUNGA on the net and you will see his contact information. Thanks for your patience. I hope this helps you.
